About Erica Marshall CPDT-KA, CDBC

I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers and a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, a professional member and Membership Task Force co-chair for the Association of Professional Dog Trainers.

I have been working with animals for over 20 years and have worn many hats in the animal field, working in veterinary clinics, boarding kennels and humane societies.

My passion has always been dog behavior and training, and I am thrilled to be able to fulfill my dream of helping dogs and their families. My family and I moved to Middle Tennessee from New Hampshire in 2019 and have really fallen in love with the warm climate and warm people. I most enjoy helping the bond develop between owner and dog as they learn to communicate better through positive training and interactions. I especially enjoy involving children in the process of working with their family dog.

I train my own dogs in Rally Obedience, Musical Freestyle, tricks, Parkour, Agility and good public manners. I currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 2 teenagers and a very understanding husband.
